This tension tweezer tools from Master Pick are a handy tool of the set to have when working with vehicle locks. Also known as a “car tension”, they hold the lock open whilst simultaneously providing tension, making them ideal for the non destructive opening of most wafer locks used in cars and other vehicles. The nail part of this product is wide and is used in pantograph locks.
The tip of the jaw has two differently sized notches to be used with different types of cylinder and the tool is useful for reading wafers, examining keyways for stuck wafers and removing broken keys.
